Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice.
Payment: May be made with cash, traveler's checks, or credit card. Rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card hold or an advance check.

Cancellation:

* In the event of cancellation, we require two weeks’ advance notice to avoid penalty.
* Cancellation with shorter notice may result in billing for half the stay for each room cancelled for multi-night bookings (three nights or more) and the full amount for a one- or two-night booking, unless the room or rooms can be re-booked.
*In the event of a non-show or a shortened stay within 48 hours of, or after, arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be due.
 
Check-in: Check-in is after 3 p.m.; earlier check-in is by prior arrangement only, and immediate readiness of the room cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out: Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Later checkouts, by prior arrangement only, may be subject to $15 per hour surcharge to accommodate delay of turnover.

Children: Not appropriate for children under ten years of age.
Pets: We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking: For the health, comfort, and safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests found smoking or to have smoked indoors will be asked to leave and a clean-up fee of $200 will be added to their credit card.
